South China Normal University established in 1933 was a member of China’s “Project 211” universities. SCNU entered into Guangdong High-level University Sponsoring Project in 2015, and became a member of the National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction in 2017. SCNU now boasts three campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus in Guangzhou and Nanhai Campus in Foshan.
华南师范大学始建于1933年，1996年进入国家“211 工程”重点建设大学行列，2015年成为广东省人民政府和教育部共建高校，同年进入广东省高水平大学整体建设高校行列，2017年学校进入国家“世界一流学科”建设高校行列。学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城和佛山南海3个校区。
There are currently 1415 full-time undergraduates and 96 postgraduates in School of Software. School of Software is among the first provincial model software colleges approved by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province in 2004, it is a member of National Demonstration Software Institute Alliance. At present, the School has undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Bachelor of Software Engineering (Ordinary Program & SCNU-UoA Articulation Program), Bachelor of Electronic Information Engineering (SCNU-Curtin Articulation Program) and Master of Electronic Information. In January 2019, Software Engineering program was granted the IEET Accreditation successfully, becoming the first IEET accredited engineering program in SCNU. In December 2019, Software Engineering program was listed as one of the national first-class key undergraduate programs at SCNU approved by the Ministry of Education.
软件学院现有本科生1415人，研究生96人，是2004年经广东省教育厅批准设置的首批省级示范性软件学院之一，是国家示范性软件学院联盟成员。软件学院现在开设软件工程、软件工程（中外联合培养）等2个本科专业，并招收电子信息（软件工程专业方向）专业学位硕士研究生。2019年软件工程专业获批广东省重点专业，软件工程专业是华南师范大学第一个顺利通过IEET国际教育认证的专业，软件工程专业是全国首批“国家一流本科专业”。

Position Information:

Requirements of Academic Background:
1. Computer Science and Technology (Natural Language Processing, Intelligent Perception, Brain Computer Interaction, Computer Software and Theory, Computer Application Technology, Computer System Structure, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Intelligent Science and Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Cloud Computing Services and Internet Applications) or relevant specialty and research directions.
2. Software Engineering (Intelligent software, intelligent information processing, EEG and hybrid intelligence), Cyberspace Security, Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System, Communication and Information System, Signal and Information Processing, or relevant specialty and research directions.
3. Mathematics (Basic Mathematics, Computational Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Mathematics Education) or relevant specialty and research directions.
学术背景要求：
1、计算机科学与技术（自然语言处理、智能感知、脑机交互、计算机软件与理论、计算机应用技术、计算机系统结构、数据科学与大数据技术、智能科学与人工智能、信息安全、云计算服务与互联网应用），以及相关专业和研究方向。
2、软件工程（智能软件、智能信息处理、脑电与混合智能）、网络空间安全、模式识别与智能系统、通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理，以及相关专业和研究方向。
3、数学（基础数学、计算数学、应用数学、金融数学、数学教育）以及相关专业和研究方向。
Duties:
1. In-class teaching, 10 periods per week (360 periods per year.)
2. Lesson planning and preparation, participate in the curriculum development of Software Engineering major (including online teaching construction, informal curriculum construction)
3. Coordinating and guiding students’ internship; guiding students’ graduation thesis
4. Participating in teacher training programs and workshops organized by the School of Software
5. Guiding students in scientific research, entrepreneurship, language, culture and other activities and competitions
6. Other tasks assigned by the School of Software and the department in his/her working hours, including meeting.
岗位职责：
1. 教学工作（平均每周10节，每学年360节）
2. 参与备课与课程计划，参加软件工程专业课程建设（含在线教学建设、非正式课程建设）
3. 协调并指导学生毕业实习，指导学生毕业论文
4. 参与软件学院组织的教师培训项目和工作坊
5. 指导学生科研、创业、实践等竞赛活动，以及各类语言文化比赛和活动
6. 参与软件学院和部门交办的其他工作，包括会议。
Selection Criteria:
1. With the Master’s or Doctor’s degree in relevant academic background.
2. Have a minimum of 2-year teaching experience.
3. Ability to teach fully in English, English native speaker is preferred.
选拔条件：
1. 具有相关学术背景的硕士或博士学位。
2. 拥有至少2年以上教学经验。
3. 能进行全英教学，英语为母语者优先考虑。

Additional Remarks:
We are looking forward to signing 1-2 year contracts with foreign teachers. The term of the contract will begin in Sep 2021.
